These Nano HDI D9 gummies from D-Squared Worldwide come in a tin of 10 gummies that are 10mg each for a total of 100mg of D9 per tin. Where these differ from your average gummy is that they use Nano D9, which usually hits quicker and harder. So do they live up to that promise? Let's find out.
Packaging - As I mentioned, these come in a pack of 10 gummies. They come in a cool tin that's metal on the outside, but has sort of a plastic tray on the inside. There's a tamper proof seal and the tin itself is child resistant where you have to press down and turn to open it, which is always appreciated. The label has all the information you would expect on it including a QR code for labs. It claims a 5 minute activation time on the front, but I'll talk more about that in the effects section.
Labs - I followed the QR code and it took me to the company website, but I can't find any labs listed for this particular product. Maybe I'm overlooking them, but I've looked through it a few times and can't seem to see them anywhere.
Flavor/Consistency - These come in a few flavors, but the ones I have are watermelon. They are circular, flat on the bottom, and rounded on top, like a half sphere. The watermelon flavor is nice and just sweet enough. There's a very mild bitter hemp taste to it, but it's barely noticeable. The consistency is like a sour patch kid, soft and chewy.
Effects - The effects did kick in quite quickly for me, probably not exactly five minutes, but I was definitely feeling it by ten minutes in. I took one before leaving for my parents house for our family Christmas get together and my parents are only about five minutes away. I started feeling it soon after arriving and for a 10mg gummy it hit me fairly hard. My usual dose is about 25mg so I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. It definitely wasn't too much, but it was more than I thought it would be. I got nice and relaxed, felt focused, and was able to enjoy the family gathering that otherwise probably would have been a stressful time. I did get some munchies and definitely ate too much in the way of hors d'oeuvres. It lasted probably about 2 hours before slowly starting to fade back to normal.
Conclusion - Since these hit faster due to the nano D9 they would be a good choice for people who traditionally don't have luck with edibles due to their metabolism. They do indeed hit quite quickly and felt stronger to me than a normal 10mg gummy. The taste is pretty good and the tin is quite cool, something I will probably reuse after it's empty. I do wish I could find some labs for them, but with edibles that isn't quite as big a concern, at least for me.
